I am a strong supporter of a systems of appriasal where school products(yester students)are assessed after five years and ten years to determine how far these school products have been able to hold their own in the society.When these school products and occupying respectable positons in the communities,then societal investment on the students would deem to have well directed, this is the only "pay back" that the society expects The model would not be complete if it does not find a way to assess its contribution to the society at large.
